What is the Holistic Pain Management treatment?
Treating pain in a holistic way is approaching it with a focus on the:
- physical,
- emotional,
- mental and
- spiritual condition.

Pain can be seen as a warning from the body to our consciousness mind, letting us know that there is a problem that needs to be addressed. Pain can be seen as a call for action. We can develop acute pain (as an immediate feeling after accident or infection) or chronic pain (usually more long term and ongoing). This is the one we can treat with holistic pain management. Within this two categories there are many more types of pain.

How do we work? |
A typical Holistic Pain Management session will have as many focuses as you want to include. Usually we will review all your pain (how is it, when does it occur and so on) your life style, your nutrition, exercise and emotional situation. We will try to lead you on asking yourself what are you holding in that pain? What is it here to teach you? Why did you develop that pain in that particular place and not another one? And then we can decide together if we are doing a therapeutic massage with acupressure, acupressure and ear acupuncture, emotional session or all of them combined.
