Cancelation
At Ixmucané Holistic Healing we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Boat delays, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might think of canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our time, we have adopted the following policies:
You will be asked for deposits prior to confirm your appointment.
You will be asked for deposits prior to confirm your appointment.
- A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. Group sessions, Holistic Pain Management treatments, Hot Stones Therapies and Energetic sessions require 48-hour advance notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our Holistic Healing treatments.
- If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours (or 48-hours) advance notice, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee (this includes delayed or cancelled flights, buses or boats).
- On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment, except for the deposit that will remain non refundable and aimed at covering the appointment scheduling time.
Arriving lateYour late arrival will require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter today. I have reserved this time for you and only you and have other people scheduled after your time.

Professional and therapeuticAll therapies are professional, therapeutic massages. Should a client behave in a manner that violates this professional boundary, the session will be ended and the client will be required to pay full and ask not to come back. See the Code of Ethics. |
Non ShowAnyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment..
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time. . |
